If you give 24 hours notice before your preferred appointment time, you will have an increased chance of securing your preferred time.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we may take a deposit at busy times and will charge a 25% cancellation fee if we are unable to refill your allocated time and you choose not to reschedule with us. This is a the discretion of the management.
Arrival
First time visitor please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as we will undertake a consultation form with you.
Regular visitor please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you benefit fully from the treatment.
Late Arrival If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment we may have to cut your treatment short so as not to inconvenience the next customer. We will charge you the full treatment fee but make up the time on your next visit.
